Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about delivery, cancellations, and returns.
Dispatch & Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
We deliver via APC couriers to UK mainland addresses only. Typical delivery time is 1–2 working days once dispatched. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Delivery Costs
- Standard UK delivery: £10.95 flat rate
- Free delivery on orders over £150
Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Cancelling Your Order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, most orders placed online are covered by a 14-day cancellation right. This means you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason.
If you cancel within this window, you are entitled to a full refund including standard delivery charges. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or your proof of return, whichever is earlier).
Important — cut-to-length vinyl
Vehicle wrap vinyl that has been cut to your specified length is excluded from this cancellation right. Under UK law, goods made to the consumer’s specification are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Cut-to-length vinyl is non-refundable unless faulty.
Standard pre-made items — including tools, hex lighting, vented flooring tiles, and unopened accessories — retain the full 14-day cancellation right.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, contact us at info@elitevehiclewraps.co.uk or call 0115 982 9770. We’re available 24/7 and will guide you through the process.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible. Please include your order number with the return.

Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected — this includes the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
We may reduce a refund if an item shows signs of use or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Installation
Elite Vehicle Wraps supplies physical products only. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the installation of our products, whether by you or a third party. This includes, but is not limited to, bubbling, tearing, over-stretching, or paint damage caused during application.
We recommend professional installation for premium vehicle wrap vinyl, large panels, and paint protection film (PPF).
Colour & Batch Variation
We make every effort to display colours accurately on our website, but exact colour representation depends on your screen and settings. Products may vary slightly from the images shown.
Vinyl and other materials may also vary slightly between production batches. If you require a consistent colour across a project, we strongly recommend ordering your full required quantity in a single order. Exact colour matching is not guaranteed across separate orders.
