5. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your information with the following categories of third parties, only to the extent necessary:

All third-party providers are required to process your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:

- Marketing preferences — retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Support correspondence — retained for up to 2 years after the most recent communication.
- Analytics data — anonymised data may be retained indefinitely; identifiable data is deleted or anonymised within 26 months.
7. Cookies
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to provide essential functionality and improve your experience.
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function (e.g. your shopping cart session, login status). These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors interact with the site. These are only set with your consent.
- Preference cookies — remember choices you make (e.g. previously viewed products) to personalise your experience.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect site functionality.
8. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss, or destruction. These include secure encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) across the site, restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, and regular updates to our platform and security plugins.
While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to our site.
9. International Transfers
We operate within the United Kingdom and deliver to UK addresses only. We do not knowingly transfer your personal data outside of the UK. Some third-party service providers (such as analytics or hosting infrastructure) may process data in countries outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) are in place.
